SMS Communications
Lead Velocity provides SMS communication services on behalf of participating businesses, including automotive dealerships.
When a consumer submits a lead form or otherwise requests information from one of our customers, that business may use Lead Velocity to send text messages related to the consumer’s inquiry.
These messages may include:
- Personalized AI-generated video introductions
- Responses to customer inquiries
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up communications
- Customer service messages
- Promotional messages, where separately authorized by the participating business and permitted by applicable law
Participating businesses are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from their customers before initiating SMS communications through the Lead Velocity platform.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on customer interaction.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consumers may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, email support@leadvelocity.app, or call (813) 777-0031.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide messaging services, comply with applicable law, or support our contracted service providers.
Our Role as a Service Provider
Lead Velocity processes consumer information as a service provider on behalf of the participating businesses our customers operate. Those businesses determine why and how consumer information is collected and used.
If you are a consumer who received communications through our platform, please direct privacy requests to the business you inquired with. We will assist that business in honoring verified requests as required by applicable law. You may also contact us directly using the information below, and we will route your request to the appropriate business.
Avatar and Voice Data (Biometric Information)
Business users of our platform may voluntarily upload video recordings, photographs, and voice samples to create AI avatars and voice models used to generate personalized video communications. This media may contain biometric identifiers or biometric information, such as facial geometry and voiceprints.
With respect to this data, we:
- Collect it only with the express consent of the user providing it
- Use it solely to create, maintain, and render that user’s AI avatar and voice model on their behalf
- Never sell it or use it to identify other individuals
- Share it only with the AI service providers that process it under contract for the purposes described above
- Retain it only while the associated avatar or account remains active, and delete or de-identify it within thirty (30) days after the user deletes the avatar or closes their account, unless a longer period is required by law
